My first ever PCR!  I was involved from Stage 1 (culling the mouse-thankfully did not have to do that part!), through to removing the embryos, snipping off part of the tail, letting it digest in buffer, mixing the solution containing Taq polymerase, dNTP and buffer, running it in the PCR machine, making the agarose gel and finally loading the DNA into the gel!! If you have no idea what I’m talking about I wouldn’t be surprised as ask me one week ago and I wouldn’t have had a clue either! There was soooo much room for something to go wrong but- it worked!! I’m so lame for being so excited that my experiment worked! XD But who cares!! Successssss!!!!
