Four papers, dates 8th, 14th, 15th, 16th. Eight days left - time is running out. Ben has changed my Facebook password and my labbytoppy has died, so there aren’t really very many distractions left.

Since the temporary coma my labbytoppy’s been in, I’ve been spending my life in the Hugh Rob, nicknamed The Bunker since its underground. Its a 24-hour microlab - perfect for me and the handful of people who share my distaste for studying/being awake in the daytime.

Its been snowing reaaallllyy heavily the last few days and in two and a half years, I have never seen Edinburgh covered with so much snow! Everything looks stunning and people are skiing/sledging everywhere (Arthur’s Seat but even Nicholson Street, which is totally flat lol!), but walking is so treacherous!! The city seems to have shut down, with classes cancelled, airport closed, and even surgeries in the hospital rescheduled!

Anyway, Noah and the Whale are my new favourite band and have been keeping me company via Youtube. I’ve had their songs in my labbytoppy for ages (I steal a LOT of music off people) but have just discovered this song - I think its absolutely magical! I want to watch them LIVE and they are touring UK next year - fingers crossed!

P/S: Holy SHIT its -6 now!! Noooooooo how am I supposed to go home? I’ll freeze on the sidewalk and become a casualty of rubbish weather.. =(
